A newsletter from J [John] Ellis to Jo [Joseph] Williamson [Ambassador in the Netherlands], dated at Whitehall, advising that Mr Secretary [?Duke of Shrewsbury] is still in Berkshire, returning tomorrow, when a reply to Williamson's letter will be sent. Also reports: the Virginia fleet is still expected; the possibility of proroguing parliament; Irish parliament's business; the slow recovery to health of the Lord Chancellor [John Somers]; and Sir George Rooke [and his fleet] still at St Helens [Isle of Wight].
