Reports on bills in the parliament of Ireland: concerning the forfeited estates of [Jacobite] rebels, and [the Treaty of] Limerick [3 October 1691] preventing the return of exiles from France; and encouraging protestant education. Also reports on: Bishop of Clogher [Richard Tennison], the Bishop of Clonefort [Maurice Donallen], and the Earl of Drogheda [Henry Hamilton-Moore]; the arrival of part of the Virginia fleet at Plymouth [Devon], after being separated form the rest by a storm; plans by [Exchequer teller William] Palmes to make up the money he owes [after diverting public funds to his own use]; and the improved health of the Lord Chancellor [John Somers].
