An unsigned newsletter [to ambassador Sir Joseph Williamson], dated at Whitehall [Middlesex reporting that the Lord Chancellor [John Somers] is ill at his house in Mortlake [Surrey], the Duke of Shrewsbury is recovered, and Mr Robert Harley has smallpox. Also reports that General Stuart has returned from Ireland, and is heading for Flanders.
