Reports: five regiments embarked for Flanders, with General Erle; fears for the life of the Lord Chancellor [John Somers], who is ill; the Duke of Shrewsbury is in better health, thanks to asses' milk; [Exchequer teller William] Palmes' belief that he can realise funds to cover [£17,000 of public moneys he has diverted for his own private use]; the departure to Ireland, via Holyhead [Anglesey], of the Lords Justices for Ireland; directions for translating the Bishop of Clogher [Richard Tennison] to Meath, the Bishop of Cloyne [St George Ashe] to Clogher, and Dean Puerly [John Pooley] to be Bishop of Cloyne.
