Reports on: Admiral [John] Benbo [Benbow] ordered to convoy East India ships out of danger, to return to the 'soundings', and to await the arrival of the Virginia Fleet; Sir George Rooke's plans to sail from 'the Nore' [Thames Estuary] to the Downes; plans for Lord Cutts and five regiments to go to Flanders; plans to form the camp at Black Heath [Blackheath, Kent] this summer.
