Name: Tudor Williams.
Occupation: Banksman.
Place of accident: Tunnel North near Caephilly, Glamorgan.
Injury: Sprained Ankle.
Details of accident: Whilst applying brakes on a train Williams stepped on a piece of ballast and, turning on his foot, sprained his ankle. He continued on duty until 10.00 pm but was absent the following day. He resumed on the 22nd October.
