Name: William Deague.
Occupation: Checker.
Place of accident: Cardiff Passenger Station, Glamorgan.
Injury: Finger of left hand squeezed.
Details of accident: Deague and a porter were assisting to load a heavy casting on to a cart when by some means Deague's finger was caught underneath the casting and squeezed. Deague has been absent from duty since then accident.
