Name: Arthur Parkman.
Occupation: Locomotive fireman.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right elbow dislocated.
Details of accident: The Engine on which Parkman was Fireman was travelling forward with the lever momentarily in back gear. Parkman appears to have struck the trigger causing the reversed lever to fly back to its forward position stricking him on his elbow.
