Place of accident: Ystrad Mynach, Glamorgan.
Injury: face and body bruised.
Details of accident: Clymow was putting down a brake on a Private Owner's Wagon with a brakestick but before he had brought his weight to bear on the stick the lever jerked up causing the stick to spring and strike him in the face throwing him to the ground.
