Injury: Left arm, left side and right leg bruised.
Details of accident: The accident arose through the signalman at Dowlais station forgetting he had an Engine and Van standing at his home signal, accepting a light Engine which ran into a Brakevan almost immediately after the home signal had been lowered, and the standing engine and van had begun to move, the Driver of the light Engine having naturally taken the dropping of the home signal to apply to him.
