Name: Ivor William Richards'.

Occupation: Numbertaker.

Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.

Injury: Fatal.

Details of accident: Richards was walking on the outside of the Railway when out of pure mischief he crossed the relief line in front of a moving Engine and fouled the adjoining Down Main line and was knocked down by the Engine of a Passenger Train.
