Place of accident: Llanbradach, Glamorgan.
Injury: Fractured skull.
Details of accident: Homer, when in charge of a mineral train appears to have been leaning forward in the gangway of his engine with his elbows one on each side of the hand rail watching for a signal and by some means overbalanced and fell to the ground sustaining the injury described.
