Occupation: Locomotive Engine Cleaner.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Foot punctured.
Details of accident: Johanson was sent from the Cardiff Docks Shed to do duty at Crwys sidings and instead of getting the gate leading to the Railway Company's premises unlocked, he climbed over the gate and the spike of one of the railings pierced his foot causing the injury described.
