Occupation: Locomotive Engine Fireman.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Small finger of left hand injured.
Details of accident: Jones was standing on top of one of the side coal bunkers of his Engine which was motionless, pushing the coal down to the side door leading to footplate when he slipped and fell on to the Platform of the station sustaining the injuries described.
