Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Breast bruised.
Details of accident: In crossing the railway to reach the carriage shed in company with other women carriage cleaners, Mrs Harris attempted to step over some signal wires, instead of making use of the trunking over the wires, and caught her foot in the wires and fell slightly bruising her breast.
