Occupation: Locomotive Engine Cleaner.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right arm badly bruised.
Details of accident: Johannson had been walking in the four foot way of the Up Road and did not get quite clear of an oncoming train, the left hand side rod of the Engine of which struck him on the right arm. The Engine whistle was sounded as the train approached the sidings.
