Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Left leg scalded.
Details of accident: Davies was oiling the left hand radial axle box of his Engine which was motionless when the Fireman, without ascertaining Davies position, put the injector on, the hot water and steam causing the injuries described.
