Injury: Head bruised and cut terminating fatally.
Details of accident: Chubb had just finished work on a Contrator's temporary line adjoining the Railway and for some unknown reason attempted to cross the main line immediately in front of an approaching Passenger train the Engine of which struck him and hurled him against the abutment of a bridge.
