Details of accident: Kingston was cleaning a coach from movable temporary staging and was told by the guard of an engine about to shunt on an adjoining siding that he had better get down. Kingston ignored the warning. The engine struck the plank while passing on a curve causing Kingston to fall against the door handle of the carriage he was cleaning and bruised his back.
