Name: William Johnson.
Occupation: Locomotive engine Driver.
Place of accident: Cardiff, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right hand bruised.
Details of accident: Johnson was replacing a pricker on the bunker of his Engine whilst in motion. He did not notice that a carriage cleaner had the door of a carriage open, standing upon an adjoining siding, and his hand came in contact with the door.
