Name: Matthew Virgo.
Occupation: Labourer.
Place of accident: Cardiff Docks, Glamorgan.
Injury: Face and head slightly scalded.
Details of accident: Virgo was removing a pitboard from underneath an engine which had just been brought into the engine shed when the Shunter in charge, after being told not to open the cylinder cocks, did so in a moment of forgetfulness. Virgo consequently sustaining the injuries described.
