Pages 210-211. Further hearing of the dispute between Sir Anthony Thomas and the 'Adventurers in the levels of the north east side of the river of Witham', Lincolnshire and Nehemiah Rawson and John Jesop [Jessop]. Order that Rawson and Jessop be each bound over in £500 to cease obstructing and challenging at law the possession of Thomas et al. for the drainage work there.
