Page 203. Order extending the royal protection for a further year from 3 March to Sir Thomas Jervoise in respect of £2,300 of debts of Mr Sherfield, for whom he is a surety, on the grounds that an action in Chancery has been delayed by creditors. With regard to a debt of £275 owed to Michael Holman, executor of Robert Wright deceased, Jervoise is to pay £200 before the renewal of his protection, and the rest when the Chancery action is completed. The clerk of the Signet attendant to prepare a bill for the King's signature.
