Pages 65-66. By Order of 19 June last, published by Mr [Peter] Heywood, justice of the peace [Westminster], lighters and great boats were prohibited from unloading at King's Bridge. William Reynolds and John Foster now complain that, in contempt of the Order, Thomas Wetherly, William Bayly, Thomas Reynolds, Christopher Pinshin, Anthony Peneston, Edward Haddeloe and others [not named] have continued to unload at the bridge to the damage of the King's palace. Order to Heywood to investigate and if true enforce compliance.
