Folio 206. Petition of Sarah Heywood to the Lords Justices praying that deeds of conveyance now in the hands of Nicholas Baker, Treasury solicitor, be delivered to her 'being her only means of support for herself and her child'. The deeds had been sent to her husband, Thomas Heywood 'menial servant to the late King', who has been in France since 1689 and returned by one Charles Nowell, lately taken into custody. The petitioner names her uncle Thomas Juxon, her sister Elizabeth wife of John Arnold and her aunt Elizabeth Bagnold.
