Description

Envelope, unmarked, containing three postcards and seven cuttings:

Postcards, 9 cm x 14 cm:

1) Coloured cartoon illustration, 'Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, Just arrived in Wales', typed note on reverse 'ex T R Perkins Collection, postmark 19 [December] 1939'.

2) Coloured cartoon illustration, 'Collecting Railway Tickets in Wales [village as above]', typed note on reverse 'ex T R Perkins Collection, postmark 10 [August] 1929'.

3) Colour photographic image, typed note on reverse 'View of Lligwy Beach, Anglesey, postmark 16 [August] 1967, donor Mrs I M C Thomas'.

Cuttings:

4) Unidentified publication, monochrome photographic illustration, [replacement station nameboard] 'Llanfair to You!', [photograph] 'D W Field', [c 1956].
