Occupation: Platelayer.
Place of accident: Aber Junction, near Caerphilly, Glamorgan.
Injury: Bruised ankle.
Details of accident: Pye was assisting in the work of unloading rails and, while he was riding in a wagon which was being moved slowly, the rails by some means slipped forward and squeezed his ankle against the end of the wagon.
