Occupation: Brakesman.
Place of accident: Bedlinog Colliery, Bedlinog, Glamorgan.
Injury: Bruised knee.
Details of accident: When Williams was putting down a brake on a private owner's wagon, the brake stick slipped causing Williams to fall to the ground and injure his knee. He completed his day's work and also worked on the 10th but has not been on duty since.
