Name: Frank Carter.
Occupation: Platelayer.
Place of accident: Near Beddau Halt, Caerphilly, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right arm and thigh injured.
Details of accident: Carter, after completing his day's work, instead of using the public road, trespassed upon the railway as a short cut to his home. He was struck by an up passing train and was thrown against the brake van of a goods train which was travelling on an adjoining road.
