Place of accident: Caerphilly locomotive yard, Glamorgan.
Injury: Cut to face.
Details of accident: Harris was in charge of an empty train and, when proceeding slowly to a water column, he jumped to the ground to attend to the points and somehow slipped and fell, striking his forehead upon the end of a sleeper.
