Place of accident: Ffaldcaiach near Llancaiach, Glamorgan.
Injury: Bruised thigh.
Details of accident: Jones, when assisting to throw a rail from the four foot into the six foot, was struck by one end of the rail which swung back. He completed his day's work and continued until the 1st but has not since resumed duty.
