Details of accident: Baker, when applying brakes in a dead-end siding, negligently stood in a position where there was no room to do such work (although he had frequently shunted wagons in and out of the sidings in question and was fully acquainted with the place_ and his arm was caught between the wall of the carriage dock and the wagon.
