Place of accident: Machine Road near Cardiff Station, Glamorgan.
Injury: Sprained ankle.
Details of accident: Miller, when engaged in shunting operations, trod upon a stone and, turning over his foot, sprained his ankle. He worked on until 14th March but was not on duty since that date until 3rd April.
