Name: Thomas John.
Occupation: Locomotive engine driver.
Place of accident: Ffalacaiach near Llancaiach, Glamorgan.
Injury: Right leg scalded.
Details of accident: John was engaged in screwing up the union nut of right hand injector when his right leg came in contact with the injector steam pipe. He completed his day's work and continued on duty until 10th March, was absent 11th, 12th and 14th, on duty until the 18th but has not been at work since.
