Mentions that the Duke of Richmond is heading to Dover [Kent] to meet his mother, the Duchess of Portland, who is arriving from France in a yacht which will transport the Earl of Jersey on the return [to take up his embassy there]. Elections have returned 392 Members of Parliament.
