Reports on: the departure of the King [William III] for Margate en route for Holland [Netherlands], advising that the Earl of Albemarle was too ill to accompany him; the completion of a subscription in the new [East India Company] on a joint stock basis; the appointment of Lords Justices; the arrival of French trade commissioners for talks; a postal agreement between France and England; and the appointment of new customs commissioners.
