Reports on: a proclamation for dissolving parliament and calling a new one, and the inconvenience of 'competition drinkings' [?plying constituents with drink during an election]; plans of King [William III] to go, first, to Windsor [Berkshire], and then Holland [Netherland]; and the Earl of Sunderland's arrival in town, attendance at the King's levee, but his expected absence from business.
