Reports on: a month-long prorogation of parliament, rather than a dissolution; the immediate despatch of writs, to 'prevent the disorders that usually happen then the competitors treat in the country; King [William's] plans to travel to Holland [Netherlands]; the Earl of Sunderland being expected in town [London]; and the Earl of Shrewsbury's improved health.
