Folios 93-94. A letter from J [John] Ellis to Lord Ambassador [Joseph] Williamson, dated at Whitehall [London, Middlesex]. Advises that the yachts carrying the Czar [of Muscovy, Russia, Peter the Great] arrived at Helvoetslyus [Helvoetslyus] Netherlands; the King [William III] remains at Windsor [Berkshire], where heavy snow has been falling; Spanish galleons sighted near the Terçeras; the Duke of Shrewsbury's ill-health; and parliament's money bills are passed.
