The Czar [of Muscovy, Peter the Great] left yesterday, intending to travel to Vienna and Venice on his return to Mosco [Moscow, Muscovy, Russia]. Mentions the Earl of Jersey relieving Lord Portland; Mr [Matthew] Prior remains in the station he is in [as acting ambassador]. The King is to meet the Swedish ambassador in Windsor [Berkshire]; his coach is to meet him at Slowe [?Slough, Buckinghamshire].
