Folios 68-69. Will [William] Birkhead informing Basyll [Basil] Fielding that the ejectment was served in due time and that the widow was then very humble but might now stand trial. Young Mr Wilson is coming up to the term and will wait upon Mr Musgrave and give him an account of all proceedings. Birkhead also thanks Fielding for his kindness about the bond with Mr Auditt. He is sending the names of four tenants who stand admitted as tenants to K C 2d [King Charles II] (namely John Fenton of the Hay, John Walker of Grasmere, James Dixon of Applethwait, and John Middlefell of Longdall).
