Description

Folios 56-57. O'Donnel to [My Lord]. He hopes to be paid the remainder of the £ 4,000, so that he shall be able to disengage himself of the stress he lies under and put himself in a way to serve where ordered. There is a petition remitted to his Majesty by the Cabinet Council, which, if seconded by [His Lordship]'s authority, will certainly take effect; and [His Lordship] will never repent to help him.
