  • Benjamin R Baker, RMSD(2). March 1808 - February 1817. Army in France. Retained in France in the Charge of Plans, February 1817.
  • James W Anderson, RMSD(2). On sick leave. October 1806 - February 1817.
  • John Bartley, RMSD(2). Placed in charge of the Drawing Room at Gibraltar, October 1806 - February 1817. Chapman to Crew, 24 May 1817.
  • Charles Bassett. On leave. February 1807 - February 1817.
  • John Beer. Inspector General's Office. February 1807 - February 1817.
  • Howard A Black. October 1816. In the Drawing Room probably 6 years before then.
