Service number: 195978 [or 241940].

Age: 30.

Hospital(s): The County of Middlesex War Hospital, Napsbury, St Albans.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Bronchitis; Catarrh.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with bronchitis. Patient states that he was in the Army in 1914 but was discharged in 1915 as medically unfit due to 'blood spitting'. Discharged to Depot 15 March 1918. Patient readmitted from Datchworth Gun Station suffering with pleurodynia 13 June 1918. Further details given. Discharged to Depot 21 June 1918. Includes two medical case sheet and a note.
