Condition/Injury/Disease: Delusional Insanity'; Melancholia; 'Mental Instability'

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted from Lord Derby Hospital in a worried state, convinced he has syphilis 'and has infected his girl'. During course of treatment patient underwent multiple Wasserman tests. Patient attempted to take his own life on 7 February 1919. Further details given. Sent home for discharge 25 June 1919. Includes 4 medical case sheets and 4 lab reports.
