Details and Outcome: Patient admitted to No. 3 New Zealand General Hospital suffering with gonorrhoea. During the course of treatment patient became very depressed and threatened to commit suicide. Patient was transferred to Military Hospital, Tidworth and after a few days was admitted to Napsbury suffering with melancholia and depression. Further details given. Evacuated to New Zealand 9 June 1919. Includes a medical case sheet and three memorandums.
