Hospital(s): 1st Birmingham War Hospital; The County of Middlesex War Hospital, Napsbury, St Albans.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Gunshot Wound to Thigh.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a penetrating gunshot wound to the left thigh and hip. Wound received 17 September 1918 on Cambrai front. Underwent operation for removal of a foreign body from thigh. Further details given. Discharged to Dispersal Hospital 30 December 1918. Includes a medical case sheet and two clinical charts.
