Condition/Injury/Disease: Shell Wound to Leg.

Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a shell flesh wound to the right leg. Wound received 30 September 1917 at Zillebeke. Transferred to Auxiliary Hospital 15 October 1917. Further details given. Discharged to duty 16 November 1917. Includes a medical case sheet and two X-ray reports.
