Folios 337-338: Peter Rothe, Newcastle on Tyne. Reports that the seamen of Newcastle sent the enclosed hand bill which are collected in a great number here. Likewise Lieutenant William Abb, appointed to raise volunteers at Sunderland, told him that his gang was threatened very much by the seamen there and that the enclosed letter was thrown into his Rendezvous in the dark by unknown persons.
