Folios 324-325: Robert Rolles, HMS Lord Mulgrave, River Humber. Acknowledges orders to sail to Spithead, taking under convoy such trades as may be in the River bound to the ports on the Northern and Western Coasts of Spain and into the Mediterranean; convoy from time to time the trade of Hull; return from Spithead to the Humber with such trade as may be ready to sail from there to the Northward where Masters may be willing to be accompanied; assist in stopping all vessels from Philadelphia and not stop any trade to Toulon.
